1. Ordering
Orders can be placed in person at shows/events we attend. – Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
2. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase. – We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
3. Delivery
Plants purchased at shows must be collected by the end of the show day.
4. Returns and Refunds
We strive to provide high-quality products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via the contact page with a of receipt or any other proof of purchase. – Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty goods only. – While we strive to ensure the quality of our plants, refunds are not available after the point of sale, particularly for purchases made at shows. This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee the plant has been properly cared for, transported correctly or given the necessary treatment to prevent external factors from affecting the plant whilst in the buyers care. – Refunds will only be considered upon the return and inspection of the product for damage or faults.
5. Plant Care
We provide basic care instructions with each plant purchase. – We are not responsible for plants that do not thrive due to improper care or environmental conditions.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. – We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you.
